The location is convenient for theme parks and the kids loved the playground and game room. The rooms are outdated and cleanliness could be improved. Some issues with the bathroom and maintenance. Affordable rates for families.

The stay was a nightmare! The outside was filthy, and it felt unsafe with people loitering around. My room had a musty smell and roaches crawling around. I definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone.

I loved how we could easily walk to Old Town, which is just over half a kilometer away, featuring fun rides, shopping, and loads of restaurants; it was great for exploring and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel had nice amenities, including a pleasant pool area where we relaxed after our walks, but the hotel itself could use some maintenance and a few upgrades.

The staff are genuinely friendly and willing to help. The hotel is a stone's throw away from Disney and has a good price for a budget stay.

The two-room suite we stayed in lacked proper temperature control; the heater didn't work, leaving us with only extra blankets for comfort. The partition for the kids' area felt wobbly, creating an uneasy atmosphere. The beds were basic, but the single bed had only a flat sheet wrapped around it, missing a blanket. Limited lighting in the bathroom made it difficult to see. The furniture was outdated and there were minimal outlets for charging devices. While the location was convenient, the room needed cleaner and more functional amenities for a better family experience.

Minutes away from a waterpark where you can fly underwater with black, & , white dolphins. Perfect spot to experience Disney's magical fables come to life!
My wife says that the hotel should have more family, friendly entertainment.

The pervasive odor, combined with visible mold and mildew, made for an uncomfortable environment. Stains adorned the walls, rugs, and sheets, creating a scene more suited for a horror film. the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate requests. Unfortunately, they were hindered by limited resources. Housekeeping was inconsistent, leading to an overall lack of cleanliness. Facilities were poorly maintained, and security seemed lax. While the room size was decent, the outdated condition and unwelcoming atmosphere overshadowed any positives. It’s a location that desperately needs attention and renovation before welcoming any more guests.

Good location, cheap as chips. Rooms were impressively clean this time, a far cry from past visits filled with roaches. Main pool and hot tub were well-maintained, but the second pool area was neglected. Disappointment set in when the hot tub was locked before midnight despite signs saying otherwise. Staff could be rude and unhelpful, and amenities felt misleading—no tissues, toilet paper, or washcloths readily available. The place has potential but is stuck in a rundown state, lacking the basic standard of comfort and service expected.

The swimming pool was a tropical oasis where I soaked up the sun! I loved chilling on the sun loungers and enjoying the beautiful garden area. The heated pool made evening swims so magical!

I loved how everything is just a short stroll away, with Old Town only about 15 minutes on foot, tons of delicious food trucks and restaurants around, and local amusement parks within easy walking distance, making it super convenient to explore after a long day at the parks, and while the hotel is fresh and clean, it could use some updates to the rooms for an even better stay.

The hotel offers a very kid-friendly environment with a homey atmosphere, a pool, and a playground. The staff, particularly Val and Erica, are exceedingly hospitable and friendly.

During my recent stay, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to shuttle buses to Disney World and other attractions. Additionally, the on-site amenities, such as the pool area and dining options, provided a pleasant and enjoyable experience for me.
My room was not up to par with cleanliness standards. There were issues with the room's maintenance, including malfunctioning appliances and cleanliness concerns that detracted from my overall comfort during my stay.

Our recent stay at the Seralago definitely had its ups and downs. Positives first - the hotel location was great, super convenient to access shops and restaurants, and close to the Disney parks. The room surprised us with an extra bed, which was a bonus for the kids and saved us from bedtime chaos. The staff were friendly and quick to fix any issues we encountered. But unfortunately, there were quite a few drawbacks. The room had a broken bed and lacked basic amenities like a coffee pot. Clean towels and washcloths were hard to come by, and the neighboring guests were disturbing with their drug use, even around the pool area. It made us feel unsafe, especially with kids around. the hotel itself felt rundown. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with mold on curtains, stains on beds, and little bugs flying around. The bathrooms were in a sorry state, with doors that wouldn't close properly and flushing issues. The heating only blew cold air, which was unpleasant during chilly nights. The overall atmosphere was loud and unsettling, with security concerns that made us uncomfortable. the Seralago had its share of positives and negatives. While the location and staff were highlights, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property left much to be desired.

We hit up the waterpark and felt like ninja dolphins soaring through the waves , insane vibes! being walking distance to Old, Town was clutch, we grubbed on the yummiest munchies while cruising the dope rides , total blast!
Yo, if there was a lit club on, site with sick beats and vibes, that would've taken our vacay to a whole 'nother level for us party animals! .

I chose Seralago Hotel & Suites Main Gate East primarily for its location near Celebration. The professional sales staff pleasantly surprised me with their personalized attention to our group's unique needs. The People's Choice Food Court offered fantastic food and quick snacks, creating the perfect dining experience for both adults and children.

Had a lovely Easter stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short drive from Disney parks. We enjoyed the shuttle service to and from the parks, making it convenient to explore without worrying about parking. The pool was a nice place to relax after a day of adventure at the theme parks.
The rooms were not up to standard. We encountered cleanliness issues, including dirty carpets, stains, and lingering odors.

Our stay at this resort was just average, with a few positives to note. The location was fantastic, right next to Old Town and within walking distance to various attractions. The staff at the restaurant and front desk were friendly and helpful, making our experience more enjoyable. The hotel also had convenient facilities such as a fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and game room. it was a decent stay for those looking to be close to everything in Kissimmee.
The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. The curtains had mold on them and the electrical outlet was broken, posing a safety hazard, especially with my young child.

we had a great time at seralago hotel & suites main gate east. we liked the amount of beds for our kids to choose from and enjoyed multiple pools and play areas. the cleaning staff was super nice, and the front desk staff was also very helpful. the restaurant/store staff were ok, and the breakfast staff very nice too. we found the hotel to be well maintained, with lovely grounds and gardens. the parking lot was well lit and we appreciated having room to park close to our room.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property 😊

the hotel was super clean and the location is so close to microwaves. the staff gave us great local insights, and the service from barbara at the vineyard was truly great!
